Roger Gladwell scooped another award and a commendation at this year’s Association of Professional Landscapers Award Ceremony

Roger Gladwell Landscapes undertook the refurbishment of an existing 1900s palm house set in the grounds of a large stately house which was in a desperate state of decline. The house has been restored to its original glory as a wonderful space for entertaining, music and photographic and short film backdrops.
Judges commented that “The 1900’s Palm House was in a dire state of disrepair and has been carefully and beautifully refurbished, maintaining the original character. A vast improvement, restoring its original glory.”
Commended Overall Design & Build
Roger Gladwell Landscapes undertook a complete re-design of a very tactile living area and equally important entertaining area for both business and private functions. It is very low maintenance taking into account that it is situated only 100 yards from the north sea. Judges commented that the garden “Fits the purpose of a contemporary, low maintenance and hardy to coastal wind garden. Well-constructed and enhances the property.
