We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Gardener / Soft Landscaper to join our professional and growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of planting design, plant care, and high-quality garden maintenance.
About the Role
You will be involved in a range of projects including planting schemes, garden establishment, and ongoing garden maintenance. We pride ourselves on delivering high standards and creating well-maintained, beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong plant knowledge and understanding of planting techniques
- Experience in soft landscaping and garden establishment
- Skilled in garden maintenance including pruning, seasonal care, and plant health
- Good understanding of soil preparation and planting methods
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a professional team
- High attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Full UK driving licence preferred
