Office Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA)

Part-Time or Full-Time – Flexible Hours Available

We are looking for a reliable and professional Office Administrator / PA to join our busy office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls professionally
  • Responding to emails and customer enquiries
  • General office administration duties
  • Managing diaries and appointments
  • Filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • A professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous office/admin experience preferred but not essential
